土木工程本科专业(中职本)人才培养模式不同于土木工程高等职业教育,也不同于土木工程本科教育。土木工程本科专业(中职本)教育基本介于高等职业教育、本科教育之间,其人才培养应更好地适应地方性、经济性和职业性的特点,按照培养具有宽扩知识面、侧重实践能力、擅长实际应用的人才整体优化设计培养计划,构建土木工程本科专业(中职本)工程技术应用型人才培养模式。结合土木工程全程导师制培养模式,对土木工程(中职本)本科专业人才定位、专业人才培养模式、课程体系及实践环节等进行探讨和实践,以期为高等教育工程技术应用型人才培养提供借鉴。
Abstract:The talent training mode of students who are promoted from studying at secondary vocational technical school to majoring in civil engineering for bachelor's degree at university is different from the training mode of students who are promoted from studying at vocational technical college to majoring in civil engineering for bachelor's degree at university. And it is different from the talent training mode of students who are directly admitted to general institutes of higher learning after passing the national college/university entrance examination,too. The talent training mode of students who are promoted from studying at secondary vocational technical school to majoring in civil engineering for bachelor's degree at university should be localized between the two. The talent training mode of students who are promoted from studying at secondary vocational technical school to majoring in civil engineering for bachelor's degree at university should be possessed of the characteristics of localization economization and vocationalization and designed and planned according to the principles of broadening the students' knowledge, stressing their ability to operate and making them excel at application. Taking into consideration the full tutorial system training mode of students majoring in civil engineering, this paper makes an exploration of the talent orientation, training mode, curriculum system and applied practice for students who are promoted from studying at secondary vocational technical school to majoring in civil engineering for bachelor's degree at university, in the hope of providing preference for developing applied talents of civil engineering technology.
