Developing quality education and fostering workers with creative spirit and ability is the urgent need for China to realize the third strategic step in its socialist modrnization and the need to face the world and the future.It's also the need to enhance China's comprehensive actual power and international competitive ability in the 2lst century,the key to win the initiative in international competition and the esential guarantee for China to stand high among the world of nations in economy,politics,military power,science and technolgy,etc. The paper also explored the educational mode of culturing original personnel through real teaching practice.
