"农超对接"是指超市与农民专业合作社、农民之间越过中间商、批发市场等中间环节,直接获取或出售农产品的一种新的模式。作为农产品流通的创新方式,"农超对接"对农民专业合作社的发展提供了前所未有的机遇,并对拉动内需、扩大消费、保障市场供应和稳定价格等具有重要意义。

Abstract:

the link-up between special cooperative and supermarket or the link-up between farmer household and supermarket, as a new marketing mode of agricultural products, means that supermarkets buy farm products directly from farmers or rural special cooperatives, avoiding such middle links as intermediate merchants and wholesale markets. As a creative way to speed up the circulation of agricultural products, the mode of direct special-cooperative-or-farmer-household-supermarket link-up provides an unprecedented opportunity for the development of farmer households and rural special cooperatives and plays a significant role in stimulating domestic demand, expanding consumption, ensuring market supply and stabilize prices.
