深入阜新市两县四区15个乡镇40余个村,对保护地蔬菜生产情况进行了考察结果表明,阜新市的保护地蔬菜生产存在以下情况:地区间发展水平不平衡,单位效益仍需提高;投入机制不健全,技术投入比例偏小;专业技术人才匮乏,技术服务体系有待加强;新品种引进渠道不畅,先进适用技术应用缓慢;市场流通机制不够完善,专业技术协会作用不强,自我造血功能较弱;品种布局不够合理,与市场结合有待提高。值得推广的经验是积极从域外引进技术人员,构建三级技术服务网络;引进种植大户,带动本地产业发展;紧紧依靠专业协会,充分发挥群众组织的作用;发挥致富能人作用,带动本地区发展。

investigations into the sheltered-ground vegetable production were made in 40 villages in 15 towns in six counties in Fuxin City.The result shows that problems exist,such as imbalance between different areas,necessity of improvement of unit efficiency,imperfection of input mechanism,a too small proportion of input,shortage of expert persons,poorlyness of technologic-service system,impeded channels to new vegetable strain introduction,too slow emloyment of advanced technology,imperfection of market circulating mechanism,poor effect of special technical associations and lack of a reasonable vegetable-strain layout and strong combination with market.It is worth popularising as experience that skilled personnel should be actively introduced;the three-level technological service network be set up;influential vegetable growers be introduced to promote the local vegetable industry;full play be given to the role of the local masses' organizations by firmly depending on the special associations;full play be given to the role of people capable of getting rich to promote the local economic development.
