农业科学技术是现代农业的第一生产力,农业科技作为辽宁科技支撑能力体系的重要组成部分,是现代农业发展的决定性因素。构建辽宁农业科技支撑能力体系,包括品牌农业建设、农业创新平台建设、农业科技成果转化模式建设和农业技术培训系统建设等,农业科技支撑能力体系将有利于增强辽宁现代农业的科技支撑能力和可持续发展能力。
Abstract：As an important part of science and technology, agricultural science and technology is the first productivity in modern agriculture and a decisive factor in the Liaoning modern agricultural development. Constructing the Liaoning agricultural sci-tech supporting system, which includes brand agriculture, the platform of agricultural innovation, the transformation model of agricultural sci-tech achievements, the training system of agricultural technologies, etc, will conduce to strengthening the sci-tech supporting ability of the Liaoning modern agriculture and its sustainable development ability.
