农村精神文明建设是一项伟大的社会实践活动，是中国特色社会主义事业的重要组成部分。新时代，农村精神文明建设进入新阶段，但仍面临新的问题与挑战。当前，农村在现代化建设上存有短板、对农村精神文明建设重视度不够及认知存在偏差、农村公共文化服务体系尚不完善，这些都是阻碍农村精神文明建设的现实困境。针对农村精神文明建设中存在的问题，以农村基层党组织为依托、以农业农村现代化为支撑、以培育和践行社会主义核心价值观为引领、以家庭家教家风建设为抓手、以展现农民精神风貌为契机、以中华优秀传统文化为源泉，推动农村精神文明建设突破桎梏，实现发展。

The construction of rural spiritual civilization is a great social practice and an important part of socialism with Chinese characteristics. In the new era, the construction of rural spiritual civilization has entered a new stage, but it still faces new problems and challenges. At present, some problems, which includes shortcomings in the modernization of rural areas, insufficient attention and cognitive bias to the construction of rural spiritual civilization, and imperfect rural public cultural service system, hinder the construction of rural spiritual civilization. To solve the above problems, this paper put forword the path to promote development of rural spiritual civilization, relying on the rural party organizations, supporting the modernization of agriculture and rural areas, leading the cultivation and practice of socialist core values, taking family as the basis construction unit, taking the display of farmers' spiritual outlook as an opportunity, to inherit and develop Chinese excellent traditional culture.
