在"农为邦本"思想主导下中国传统农耕文化异彩纷呈,孕育着许多优秀的思想文化精髓,是中华传统文化的根。因而,新时代对传统农耕文化进行重构具有不断满足农民文化需求、提升乡风文明和推进农村产业兴旺等现实意义。但当前传统农耕文化存在认同危机、失传危险、地位式微和重视不足等问题,必须通过大力弘扬社会主义核心价值观,增强农民对传统农耕文化的认同感;坚持合力原则,培育农耕文化建设者主体意识;坚持协调原则,平衡发展工业文明和农耕文明;坚持以人民为中心原则,创新政府文化治理模式等途径重构传统农耕文化。只有这样,传统农耕文化才能在新时代熠熠生辉,繁荣发展。

"Agriculture is the foundation of a nation". Guided by such a thought, Chinese traditional farming culture is full of splendor and pregnant with many excellent ideological and cultural essences, and is the root of traditional Chinese culture. Therefore, reconstructing traditional farming culture in the new era is of practical significance, which can constantly meet the cultural needs of farmers, improve rural civilization and promote the prosperity of rural industries and so on. However, the current traditional farming culture is confronted with problems, such as the crisis of identity, the risk of extinction, the decline of status, the shortage of emphasis, etc. In order to reconstruct the traditional farming culture, it is necessary to vigorously promote socialist core values to enhance farmers' sense of identity with traditional farming culture, adhere to the principle of joint effort to cultivate the subjective consciousness of the constructors of agricultural culture, adhere to the principle of coordination to develop industrial civilization and agricultural civilization in a balanced way, adhere to the people-centered principle to innovate the government's cultural governance model, etc. Only in this way can the traditional farming culture flourish in the new era.
