当今高等学校思想政治教育工作存在着重管理、轻服务,重理论、轻实践以及工作方法重灌输、轻疏导等问题。从大学生全面发展、高等学校思想政治教育实效性和专业化的视角看,社会工作方法是高等学校思想政治教育发展的必然诉求。所以,应将社会工作方法、价值以及实践引入高等学校思想政治教育工作中,促进大学生健康全面发展,提升高等学校思想政治教育实效性和专业化水平。

Problems exist currently in the collegiate ideological and political education, such as regarding administration as superior to service, regarding theory superior to practice, regarding inculcation as superior to channelization, etc. In the perspectives of student all-round growth and the actual effect and specialization of collegiate ideological and political education, social work is an inevitable resort for the ideological and political education of colleges and universities. So social work related methods, value and practice should be introduced to the collegiate ideological and political education to promote the healthy and comprehensive development of college students.
