沈阳市是一个严重缺水的城市,保证水资源的效率分配对社会经济发展具有举足轻重的作用。水资源的合理需求难以自发形成,必须通过需求管理来实现,本文对沈阳市城市用水现状进行了分析,并进一步探讨了其经济原因,从而提出了利用价格杠杆调节城市用水供求的建议。
Abstract：Shenyang is a city facing shortage of water resources, and it is crucial for the society to efficiently distribute and sustainably utilize water resources. A reasonable demand for water resources comes hardly into being spontaneously and must be realized by administration. Therefore, it is of great significance to thoroughly analyze the actuality of the water resources utilization in Shenyang city. In this paper some economic reasons have been given. Therefore, it tables a proposal that the demand and supply of water resources should be modulated both by the leverage of price.
