论述了当前农业高等学校财务管理面临的形势和存在的问题 ,以及在新形势下 ,财务管理者应树立并坚持以人为本 ,战略理财、市场经济和信息化观念 ,从宏观的角度提出了加强财务管理的八点对策 ,以确保农业高等学校教育事业可持续发展。

This paper discusses the situation agricultural colleges and universities face in financial management and the existing problems in this aspect. It points out that facing the new situation the financial managers should develop and adhere to humanism, strategic money matter management and mentality of market economy and information. Also, this paper, on a macroscale, puts forward eight measures on how to strengthen financial management in order to make sure that the cause of education of agricultural colleges and universities can develop in a sustainable way.
