加强新时代高校辅导员队伍建设高质量发展，有助于为教育强国提供人才支撑，有助于高校落实立德树人根本任务，有助于开创新时代思想政治教育工作新局面。深刻理解实现教育强国需要人才支撑、思想政治工作是一切工作的生命线，探寻新时代高校辅导员队伍建设高质量发展的路径，在机制建设、师资配置、资源整合等方面深化改革创新。落实主体责任，加强机制协调，注重分层设计；加强选人用人，明确准入制度，涵养专业队伍；搭建培训平台，提升培育水平，打造特色品牌；加强考核评价，提供建设保障，实现科学育人。革新高校辅导员队伍建设思想观念，优化队伍结构、提升队伍质量，不断增强为党育人、为国育才的使命感、责任感，彰显新时代的担当作为。

Strengthening the counselor team construction in colleges and universities in the new era will help provide talent support for a powerful country in education, colleges and universities implement the fundamental task of establishing moral education, and open up new prospects for ideological and political education in the new era. On the basis of a profound understanding of the need for talent support to realize a strong educational country and the fact that ideological and political work is the lifeline of all work, this paper explores the path of high-quality development for the construction of college counselor teams in the new era, and deepens reforms and innovations in the aspects of mechanism construction, faculty allocation, and resource integration. The study proposes the following suggestions to construct the counselors team: to implement the main responsibility, strengthen the mechanism of coordination, and focus on layered design; to strengthen the selection and employment, clarify the access system, and cultivate the professional team; to build a training platform,enhance the level of cultivation, and create a distinctive brand; and to strengthen the assessment and evaluation with construction guarantee to cultivate talents. In order to promote the high-quality development of college counselor team, the study puts forward the following recommendations: innovate the ideological concept of college counselor team construction,optimize the team structure, improve the quality of the team, and constantly enhance the sense of mission and sense of responsibility to educate talents for our country, etc.
