应用型创新人才的培养在高等教育中的地位日益凸显。而新媒介的出现,改变了传统的信息传递方式;提升人才的英语多元识读能力作为创新教育中的重要一环被提上日程。发挥网络优势整合多种模态,依据CDIO工程教育理念,注重人才读写自主学习策略培养及"做中学"模式的创新探索,同时结合英语学习APP的应用,优化英语识读方式,不断提升创新人才的英语多元读写能力、综合运用能力和跨文化素质。
Abstract：The cultivation of applied innovative talented personnel is getting more and more prominent in the higher education. And the emergence of new media has changed the traditional way of information transfer. Promoting the talented personnel's multiliteracy in English has been viewed as an important part of the innovation education. The innovative talented personnel's multiliteracy in English should be promoted by exploiting the advantages of the multimedia-based network to the full to integrate multimodalities, stressing both the cultivation of the talented personnel's independent learning of multiliteracy in English based on the CDIO concept of engineering education and the innovation of the learning-by-doing mode, and applying the English-learning-oriented APP in optimizing the multiliteracy in English in the hope of promoting the innovative talented personnel's multiliteracy in English,ability of comprehensive application of English and intercultural literacy.
