推进党的理论和路线方针政策在基层的宣传教育是实施乡村振兴战略的应有之义。理论宣传生活化的意义在于推动理论与生活的融合共进、深化对创新理论的把握、助力对美好生活的追求。通过以乡村振兴为任务，建设专业队伍、丰富日常语言和构建多样化载体来改变基层理论宣传存在的受社会思潮冲击、主体单一、内容抽象和方式陈旧等现实困境，以加强党的理论和路线方针政策在农村的传播。

Promoting the propaganda and education of the Party's theory, line, principles and policies at the grassroots level is the necessary meaning of implementing the rural revitalization strategy. The value of theoretical propaganda for life lies in promoting the integration of theory and life, deepening the grasp of innovation theory and promoting the pursuit of a good life. In order to change the realistic difficulties of grassroots theoretical propaganda, such as the impact of social thoughts, the single subject, the abstract content and the outdated way and to strengthen the dissemination of the Party's theories, lines and policies in rural areas, this paper proposed the following suggestions, such as taking rural revitalization as the task, building professional teams, enriching daily language and constructing diversified carriers.
