乡村振兴既要塑形，也要铸魂。大力开展乡村特色文化建设，不仅有利于为乡村发展提供精神动力和智力支持，而且有利于促进乡村振兴，加快实现农业农村现代化。本研究在梳理分析特色文化的内涵及外延的基础上，阐述乡村特色文化建设对乡村产业发展、乡村生态保护、乡风文明建设和乡村治理效能的积极影响，分析乡村特色文化建设促进乡村振兴的机制。提出做好顶层设计，发挥政府职能；培养乡土人才，激发人才创造力；适应时代趋势，借助科技力量；构建多元融资渠道，探索建立乡村文化基金等促进乡村特色文化建设的策略建议。

Rural revitalization requires both external material development and internal cultural development. Carrying out rural characteristics culture construction not only provide spiritual motivation and intellectual support for rural development, but also promote rural revitalization and accelerate the realization of agricultural and rural modernization. On the basis of introducing the connotation and extension of rural characteristic culture, this study explains the positive impact of rural characteristic culture construction on rural industrial development, rural ecological protection, rural civilization construction and rural governance efficiency, and reveals the promoting mechanism of rural characteristic cultural construction on rural revitalization. This paper propose the following suggestions to promote the development of rural characteristic cultural: carry out appropriate preliminary overall planning, and give full play to government functions to ensure the implementation of this overall plan; cultivate local talents and stimulate their creativity; adapt to the trend of times and make full use of science and technology; constructing multiple financing channels and exploring establishment of characteristic rural cultural funds.
