资金对高校的长远发展不可或缺，高校教育基金会的筹集资金是高校资金的重要补充渠道。我国的高校教育基金会由于起步晚、经验少等原因，尚存在筹资意识不强、筹资额度较低、筹资范围有限和筹资项目欠佳等问题。研究基于我国高校教育基金会的发展现状，对人才培养能力、人才培养质量、科学研究能力和基金会投资收益对高校教育基金会筹资能力的影响进行理论分析，构建高校教育基金会筹资能力的实证分析模型，并进行回归检验。基于研究结果提出明确主体责任及目标，提高高校人才培养能力，构建以校友为主体的筹资网络，提升运作的专业性和透明度，以及开拓筹资渠道和筹资形式等建议。

Fund is of vital importance to the long-term development of colleges and universities, and University Education Foundation has become an important supplementary channel for the university fund. Due to the late start, less experience and other reasons, there are still some problems in the University Education Foundation, such as weak awareness of fundraising, small scale of fundraising, narrow scope of funding and lack of qualified projects. Based on the analysis of the development process and financing status of University Education Foundation, this paper makes a theoretical analysis of the influence of a few factors on fund raising ability, which includes talent training ability, talent training quality, scientific research ability and return of investment, then constructs analysing model of the fundraising ability of University Education Foundation. Based on above, this paper proposed the following suggestions:clarify the main responsibilities and objectives, improve the capacity to cultivate talents, build an alumni-oriented fundraising network, enhance the professionalism and transparency of operation, and develop fundraising channels and forms, etc.
