推进法治乡村建设是落实全面依法治国基本方略、实施乡村振兴战略和实现乡村治理体系现代化的应为之举。当前，乡村仍然处于法治链条上的薄弱环节，守法成本大于守法效益导致的逆则倾向、差序格局与现代法律秩序的冲突对抗以及法治文化缺失导致的法治乱象依然存在。对此，应从增强主体法治观念、完善“三治结合”的乡村治理体系、创新法治宣传教育和建设乡村法治工作队伍等多维度探寻法治乡村建设的有效路径，这是实现乡村全面振兴的必然要求。

Promoting the construction of rural areas under the rule of law is a necessary move to implement the basic strategy of comprehensively governing the country according to law, implement the strategy of rural revitalization, and realize the modernization of the rural governance system. At present, the countryside is still in a weak link in the chain of the rule of law. The contradictory tendency caused by the cost of abiding by the law is greater than the benefit of abiding by the law; Therefore, continuing to explore effective paths and countermeasures for rural construction under the rule of law from multiple dimensions, such as strengthening the main idea of the rule of law, perfecting the "three-in-one" rural governance system, innovating rule of law publicity and education, and building rural rule of law work teams is an inevitable requirement for the overall revitalization of rural areas.
